		<description>this looks astonishing.  it would be great with the sourdough crackers too, which worked fantastic the other day.  i even prefer the buckwheat version that you suggested at the end of the post.</description>

I have not tried it with salmon though because it will only work with farmed salmon since only farmed salmon is fat enough. I dislike all farmed fish for a large number of reasons, but if you got nothing else to play with, why not.</description>
